Nearest place is the guest house of the internationaler Bund.
At the city center with good bus connection there are the "Schwarzer Bär" hotel and the IBIS hotel.

Journey
Jena has two train stations near the city center "Jena West" and "Jena Paradies".
ICE trains from Frankfurt to Leipzig pass Weimar and you need to change there to a local train that arrives in Jena West.
ICE trains from Munich to Leipzig stop in Jena Paradies.
