Prof. Susan E. Trumbore has now been honored by the European Geosciences Union (EGU) with the 2021 Vladimir Ivanovich Vernadsky Medal for her contribution to the biogeosciences as a whole, and in particular the quantification of terrestrial carbon turnover using radiocarbon dating. more
